Owen’s Wish Story

The New Resident Mailer really challenged me in my graphic design abilities. I was nervous initially in taking on this task, especially knowing this would be sent out to new residents all throughout the Treasure Valley. It pushed me to be uncomfortable in creating something, but I ended up with a product that I was incredibly proud of and showed me that I can take on any challenge effectively.

Owen's wish story was the first Wish story that I wrote. It was very moving to be able to share Owen's special story of his wish experience, and I pulled a lot of the information written in this story from the Instagram the family made about Owen and his experience with his condition. I was able to see so many pictures of Owen's Wish day, and it truly moved me to tears. Owen and his story will always have a very special place in my heart!
